Personnel Development

As a global senior executive for many years holding titles such as CEO, CFO in Switzerland, Europe, Canada and USA, I have orchestrated the sustainable selection and development of employees and managers within the corporate landscape.

Organizational Development

Solution oriented adjustments to the changing environment are a must for every organization. As the Head and Member of interdisciplinary and intercultural project groups, I acted as the Change and Process Manager. I expanded my experience by growing existing business areas through mergers and acquisitions and its integrations. The communication towards the Board of Directors, Management Board and Employees was always a key requirement.


My decisions are based on multiple views and opinions. I therefore have developed a communication and dispute structure. I coached and developed all my direct reports in their areas of responsiblity. 


I have a Master of Applied Sciences in Coaching & Supervision of the Institute of Applied Psychology IAP in Zürich where I also continuously enhance my knowledge in Coaching & Supervision in Organizations. After achieving a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Betriebsökonom HWV) at the University of Applied Sciences in Berne, I added an Executive Master of Corporate Finance at the University of Applied Sciences of Central Switzerland. In addition to this, I attended various Leadership and Change Management Courses (e.g. IMD Lausanne).
